Shipping & Returns Policy

This “Shipping & Returns Policy” applies to  sip-soma.com (“Site” or "Website"), which is owned and operated by Soma Beverages, LLC. (“Soma,” “Company” or “we” or “us”).

Shipping

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Domestic (US) Shipping:

We ship to most US states, but are not able to ship to certain US States and Territories due to state laws restricting the sale of certain hemp-based products and cannabinoids.

Hemp-derived Soma products containing THC, CBG, CBD, CBN, or other cannabinoids are restricted for sale in the following US states and territories: Alaska; Arizona; California; Connecticut; Idaho; Iowa; Michigan; New York; North Dakota; Ohio; Rhode Island; South Dakota; Washington. 

Further, we do not ship to Military Addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO) or PO Boxes.

International Shipping:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer international shipping at this time. 


Shipping Methods & Rates:

Soma exclusively ships items via United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer the following delivery options for shipments:

Certain purchases may be eligible for free or discounted shipping. See terms of applicable promotions for details.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at  hello@sip-soma.com.  We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.


Returns


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must  (i) have been purchased from sip-soma.com; (ii) be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
